1. Acceptance of terms

By using PetsZone, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and account

PetsZone is intended for adults, or minors with the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and be responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Post illegal, hateful, misleading content, or content that harms others or animals.
• •Harass others, impersonate anyone, or harvest other users’ data.
• •Distribute spam, scams or malware.
• •Bypass moderation or security, or attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, posts, listings, reviews). You grant PetsZone a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as part of the service. You are solely responsible for what you post and confirm you hold the rights to it.

5. Reports, moderation and bans

To protect the community, you can report content or users and block other users. PetsZone may review reports and, at its discretion, hide or remove content, warn, suspend or permanently ban an account for breaching these terms.

6. Becoming a vet

Any user can apply for a vet account. Applications are subject to review and approval by our team. Vets agree to provide accurate professional information and remain solely responsible for the services and advice they provide. PetsZone connects users but is not a party to consultations and does not provide veterinary advice.

7. QR bracelets

A QR bracelet is linked to a pet and leads to its profile when scanned. The code stays private until the order is approved. The bracelet is intended for personal identification use; PetsZone is not responsible for how third parties who scan it use the information, nor for the loss of or harm to a pet.

8. Products, orders and delivery

Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars (TND) and may change. Payment is on delivery, and delivery fees may apply. An order may be declined or cancelled in case of unavailability, pricing errors or incorrect delivery details. Product availability is not guaranteed.

9. Adoption and lost pets

Adoption listings and lost-pet reports must be posted in good faith with accurate information. PetsZone is an intermediary that facilitates connections and guarantees no outcome; arrangements are the sole responsibility of the users involved.

10. Messaging and calls

Messaging and calls are for personal, respectful use. Any illegal, abusive or unsolicited content is prohibited and may lead to sanctions.

11. Intellectual property

The PetsZone name, logo and assets are protected. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

12. Limitation of liability

PetsZone is a connection platform provided "as is". We are not responsible for transactions between users, veterinary consultations, adoption or pet-recovery outcomes, or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of a breach of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.

15. Changes

These terms may be modified at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes through the platform.
